In line with its focus on investing in critical infrastructure, ADQ established a joint venture with Energy Capital Partners, the largest private owner of power generation and renewables in the USA. The joint venture will facilitate the development of new power generation to serve the growing electricity needs of data centers.

The primary geographic focus of the joint venture will be the USA, with the partners planning to make total capital investments of more than USD 25 billion across 25 GW worth of projects.
